PRESCHOOL

3-5 Year Old Classrooms

The wonder and curiosity of children this age, along with their improved coordination and cognitive skills, allows them greater opportunities for expanding their world through play and exploration.
Our teachers offer hands-on-activities in all areas of learning; they “spark” the interest of the children and their desire to learn. Math, science, language and art are incorporated daily into various activities and games.

Social skills are extremely important for children to develop at this age. Good manners, kindness to others, and respect of others, are consistently stressed and positively reinforced.
Our goal for our preschoolers is to have them ready for the challenges of kindergarten. They gain a sense of independence and feel an “ownership” of their classroom, which gives them confidence in themselves and their world.

TODDLERS AND TUMBLERS

1 & 2 Year Old Classrooms

“Toddlers and tumblers” are very active; they stay very busy discovering their world. They feel safe in their classroom, where they are allowed and encouraged to explore in their own way. The activities for this age group are built around their limitless curiosity and their natural desire to push boundaries.

Even at this young age, social skills such as kindness to others and the use of good manners are practiced and encouraged. The basic fundamentals of reading, language, math and science are introduced and incorporated into age appropriate activities.
Toddlers are little “sponges” and soak up all they see and hear. They learn through repetition and play, (singing the same song ten times or reading the same book over and over again). The patience of our teachers and their understanding of the reasoning of toddlers ensures happy days for these little ones.

NURSERY

6 Weeks Old to 15 Month Old Classrooms

We offer a wondrous world to foster the daily development of your baby’s mind and body. More than just a “day care”, your little one starts his or her learning journey with us and we'll work with you to make the transition a smooth and happy time, creating a strong bond and a setting that feels like family.

Your baby will be gradually discovering their little world, using all of their five senses. Their days will be filled with activities including reading, music/songs, toy play, and playing with their little friends.

PLAYGROUND

Play areas are important for children, giving them a special space for pretending, expressing, and discovering. Play areas promote thinking, problem solving, and turn taking, and help children learn and develop skills in all domains. Of course, play areas are also important for developing physical dexterity and good health.
